BirdsHomes was born from a simple observation – the alarming decline of house sparrows and other small bird species in urban India. As concrete jungles replaced traditional homes with their many nesting cavities, birds were left with nowhere to raise their young.
We started with a mission to bridge the gap between modern living and nature. Using sustainable coconut coir – a natural material that birds instinctively recognize and trust – we began handcrafting birdhouses that provide safe, comfortable nesting spaces while supporting eco-friendly practices.
What began as a small initiative has grown into a movement. Today, thousands of families across India have welcomed birds back into their gardens, balconies, and terraces through BirdsHomes. Each birdhouse we create is not just a product – it's a commitment to conservation, sustainability, and reconnecting people with the natural world.
Every chirp, every nest built, every fledgling that takes its first flight from our birdhouses reminds us why we do what we do. We're not just making birdhouses; we're creating a future where humans and birds coexist harmoniously.
